Refund Policy for MySty Live2Play

    b) Wrong Item: If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us immediately and provide detailed information about the incorrect item received. We may request additional information or photographs to verify the error before proceeding with a refund.

    c) Delayed Shipping: If your order has not been shipped within 2 weeks from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Please reach out to us and include your order details, such as order number and date of purchase, to help us process your request efficiently.

  3. Refund Process: Once you have reached out to us via email with your concerns and it has been determined that you meet the qualification criteria mentioned above, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within five business days and will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

  4. Non-Qualifying Situations: Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

    a) Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind or personal preference.

    b) Sizing Issues: Please refer to our sizing guides before placing an order to ensure the correct fit. We are not responsible for sizing issues and do not offer refunds for them.

    c) Customer Error: If you provided an incorrect shipping address or failed to collect your package resulting in its return to us, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information.

  5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where MySty is solely responsible for the error or the item received is damaged. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost, if applicable, will be included in the refunded amount.
